Gift cards must be presented at the time of service. T's Wellness Center is not responsible for lost ,stolen, damaged cards or unauthorized use. This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Expires 8 months from issued date.

Gift card: If CLIENTS are a no show without notice they pay the full amount,  if CLIENTS cancel with less than 12 hours notice they pay half the amount. If a true emergency occurs, there is obviously no charge.
